Will the AI say something wrong to my customers?
It only answers from your inventory and your store's details. Trade values, payments, financing and negotiating always go to a salesperson, and if it isn't sure about something, it hands the customer to your team instead of guessing.
Does it text customers in the middle of the night?
It replies right away when a customer texts, because they're waiting for an answer. Texts your store starts, like follow-ups, wait for the quiet hours you set to end.
What about STOP and texting rules?
STOP and HELP replies are built in, the first text includes an opt-out line, and UpBoard blocks any text to a customer who has opted out.
Do we need new phones or software?
No. UpBoard runs in the web browser on any phone or computer your team already has.
Can we keep the number we already advertise?
Often, yes. It depends on your current phone provider. Email us and we'll check for your store.
